Pretty easy to navigate especially being a smaller airport staff was helpful and straight to the point. I've no complaints. They also had cute art, that always makes me happy

AirZoo is one of the nicest, cleanest and friendliest small town airports I’ve been to. Conveniently located and easy to get in and out of. The Stephen Hansen papier mache artwork is a pleasant touch throughout the terminal.

The maintenance/sanitation here is awful. Urinals full of urine, urine all over the floor, no soap or paper towel. In many instances there's no toilet paper in stalls. People leave their open food on the benches and nobody picks it up, or garbage sits on the floor. I've even seen a half smoked joint on the floor before, stinking up the whole airport. It's pretty deplorable.

The people who work here, including TSA, gate agents, airline employees... EVERYONE... are the nicest, most helpful people I've ever encountered at any airport. The terminal is small, clean and very easy to navigate. I love flying in and out of here!

I love regional airports. This one is amazing, curb to gate in 5 minutes. Everyone on the flight early, and off we went!

Small but they work with what they got. This place has more of a museum feel to it. They’ve decorated the place with a few historical/ancient looking planes and artistic status, appropriate for all ages. There is a coffee station you can access for a buck or so before going to the gates. Some eatery’s at the gates but wasn’t open when I came in. If your worried about dumping your water, they have a water fountain at the gates before boarding. 👌

Quite a small airport. Mostly domestic flight comes and goes. Many Car rental companies outlet is available here. Western Michigan University students should go to Hertz outlet to get better service with cheap price.
